Handling and Palletising
Handling and Palletising are functions that robots often help us with. Palletising is mainly the automatic stacking of products in a previously arranged stacking-pattern. These products are boxes, buckets, pots et cetera; everything that can be stacked/palletised. Stacking mainly gets done on a pallet, but it can also be performed with containers or other means of transport where the product needs to be stacked in. Handling is moving a product with a robot. This can be, for example, putting a part in a machine that performs an adaptation to it. The grabbing and stowing away of a product is also called handling.
